Facebook's Patent Indefiniteness Win Stays Put

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 8:05 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts federal judge refused Thursday to reconsider his finding that two claims in a patent asserted against Facebook Inc. were invalid as indefinite, saying the claims were not tied to a specific algorithm that gives instructions for how to perform their software functions.
