RI Biz Group Urges 1st Circ. To Revive Wind Farm Fight

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 8:19 PM EST) -- A Rhode Island business group on Wednesday urged the First Circuit to revive its challenge to the state's approval of Deepwater Wind LLC's Block Island offshore wind farm, saying a lower court wrongly concluded that the group waited too long to file its lawsuit.
