Cemex Buyers' Cert. Bid Falls Flat In Deceptive Fee Row

Law360, Los Angeles (December 1, 2016, 10:17 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge Thursday rejected a construction company’s bid to certify a class of clients of building materials supplier Cemex on claims that it charged deceptive fees, ruling there is evidence that not all potential class members were necessarily tricked.
