Wyly Loses Bid To See Docs In Milberg Criminal Case

Law360, New York (February 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has shot down a bid by billionaire investor Sam Wyly, who has accused Milberg LLP of malpractice over its role in negotiating a settlement of CA Inc. shareholder litigation, to obtain sealed documents related to the government’s criminal investigation of a kickback scheme at the law firm.
