Kinder Morgan Unit, DOJ Settle Pipeline Spill Suit

Law360 (February 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Plantation Pipeline Co. has agreed to fork over $725,000 in order to settle allegations by federal prosecutors that the company violated the Clean Water Act by discharging thousands of gallons of oil into federal waters in three states.
