Law360, New York (December 15, 2016, 7:47 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday vacated her decision to sanction and hold in contempt a DLA Piper attorney and former attorney in a prescription drug plan lawsuit for lying during testimony about telling a potential witness to not speak to opposing counsel, saying four declarations by other witnesses swayed her decision.
