AAI Protests Pfizer-Wyeth Merger

Law360 (February 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The American Antitrust Institute has urged federal regulators to take a comprehensive look at the proposed $68 billion merger between drug companies Pfizer Inc. and Wyeth Inc., saying the marriage would threaten the future competitiveness and creativity of the pharmaceutical industry.
