Wheeler's FCC Chairmanship Controversial, But Effective

Law360, Washington (December 15, 2016, 10:09 PM EST) -- Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler announced Thursday his intention to step down from the agency in January, and while his controversial positions often found him at odds with other policymakers and industry groups, experts agreed that his time at the helm will be remembered for its effectiveness.
