3rd-Party Payers In Guidant Case Seek Appeal

Law360, New York (February 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Third-party health care providers are asking a judge to consider allowing them to appeal the dismissal of their proposed class action claims against Guidant Corp. over its recalled implantable heart defibrillators, almost two years after the claims were dismissed.
