Fitch, NYC Funds Settle National Century Claims

Law360, New York (February 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Securities rating agency Fitch Inc. has reached a settlement with three New York City employee pension funds over its role in the collapse of health care lender National Century Financial Enterprises Inc.
