Judge Rejects Mediation Offer In Bhopal Case

Law360 (February 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has declined a well-known attorney’s offer to mediate a prolonged suit in which thousands of people from Bhopal, India, claim they were harmed by drinking water polluted by a Union Carbide Corp. pesticide plant.
