Celebrex Judge OKs $468M Settlement, $130M In Fees

Law360, New York (December 21, 2016, 6:43 PM EST) -- Attorneys representing a certified class in a long-running multidistrict litigation against Pfizer Inc. got everything on their Christmas list Wednesday when a New York federal judge gave final approval to a $468 million settlement and approved more than $150 million in attorneys' fees and litigation expenses.
