$5M Deal On J&J Bedtime Baby Products OK’d

Law360, New York (January 18, 2017, 7:41 PM EST) -- An Illinois federal judge granted final approval Wednesday to a $5 million settlement that ends four lawsuits accusing Johnson & Johnson of selling bath products that deceived parents into believing their babies would sleep longer.

U.S. District Judge Elaine E. Bucklo greenlit a deal that ends six years of litigation across four states with a $5 million payout to be doled out to anyone in the nation who purchased J&J’s Bedtime line of baby products between 2010 and 2016.
