Enviro Groups Seek Atty Fees In Ill. Tollway Suit

Law360, Springfield (January 20, 2017, 9:58 PM EST) -- Environmental groups that sued the U.S. Department of Transportation and others over the construction of a $1.2 billion tollway are seeking attorneys' fees despite the case being dismissed as moot, the three organizations said in a motion filed Thursday.
