Enviro Group Lobs $39M CWA Suit Against APM Terminals
Law360, New York (January 23, 2017, 7:30 PM EST) -- A unit of one of the nation’s largest port and terminal operators was hit with a $39 million Clean Water Act suit in California federal court Monday accusing it of discharging pollutants from its facility serving ports in Los Angeles and Long Beach.
