Blue Diamond Sued Over Almond Milk Nutrition Claims

Law360, New York (January 25, 2017, 3:26 PM EST) -- A California resident has accused almond milk maker Blue Diamond Growers of deceptively advertising its products as a quality alternative to dairy milk with equivalent or even superior amounts of nutrients, when in fact they are not, according to a complaint filed in Los Angeles County court.
