News Org Backs Challenge To FCC Ownership Rules

Law360, New York (January 25, 2017, 9:39 PM EST) -- The News Media Alliance on Tuesday urged the Federal Communications Commission to reconsider its decision keeping media ownership restrictions, arguing that a ban against newspaper and broadcast cross-ownership is an "analog-era rule" that must be eliminated.
