L'Oréal Hit With False Ad Suit Over 'Pro-Keratin' Products

Law360, Los Angeles (January 26, 2017, 8:40 PM EST) -- L'Oréal USA Inc. and subsidiary Matrix Essentials LLC were sued Thursday in New York federal court by a putative class of consumers who allege the companies are engaging in false marketing by leading customers to believe their Keratindose hair care products contain keratin when they allegedly do not.
