Court Backs Army Corps' Dredging Claims In IP Spat

Law360 (February 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims has ruled mostly in favor of the federal government in the Markman stage of a suit brought by TDM America LLC against the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other federal agencies alleging infringement of three patents related to the processing and treatment of dredged materials.
