CMS, Duke, Reliant Dropped From Natural Gas MDL

Law360 (February 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Parent company defendants CMS Energy Corp., Duke Energy Carolinas LLC and Reliant Energy Inc. are the latest energy companies to be dropped from a portion of the multidistrict litigation over an alleged conspiracy to fix wholesale natural gas prices.
