Law360, New York (January 31, 2017, 1:11 PM EST) -- On Oct. 26, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) released a report challenging the view that Texas is a leader in wind power production. According to the report, in 2015, Texas lagged far behind states in the Midwest, Plains, Northwest and Northeast regions in utilizing wind energy as a percentage of total net electricity generation.
