FCC Is Asked To Reopen Broadcast Communication Channels

Law360, Washington (January 31, 2017, 6:50 PM EST) -- Washington, D.C., law firm Wiley Rein LLP urged the Federal Communications Monday to drop rules barring certain communications by TV broadcasters during the ongoing broadcast incentive auction, saying their portion of the sale is complete and there is no risk of an effect on bids or strategies.
