Fish & Richardson Drops Client, Sues It Next Day: Suit

Law360 (February 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Bluetooth headset provider Aliph Inc. has cried foul against Fish & Richardson PC for allegedly dropping it as a client like a “hot potato” so that the law firm could represent another company in a patent infringement suit launched against Aliph just a day later.
