3rd Circ. Won't Rethink Ambit Energy Rate-Hike Ruling

Law360, New York (February 7, 2017, 1:44 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit on Monday denied an Ambit Energy unit's bid for reconsideration of a ruling that revived a putative class action accusing the company of boosting customers' rates after wooing them with promises of lower prices.
