Lawmaker Tries To Block L-3's $418M Aircraft Sale To Kenya

Law360, Washington (February 14, 2017, 7:07 PM EST) -- A GOP congressman proposed a resolution Tuesday to pump the brakes on L-3’s $418 million foreign military sale of border patrol aircraft to the Kenyan government, saying the sole-source contract unfairly excluded a competitor in his district and may have resulted from foul play.
