Helix Energy Sinks Investor Suit Over Dry-Docked Ships

Law360, New York (February 15, 2017, 1:49 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday tossed a proposed investor class action alleging that offshore energy services company Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. inflated its share prices with misleading statements about the inactivity of its vessels, saying the company made adequate warnings to investors.
