2nd Circ. Denies Attys Cut Of Kodak Pension Funds

Law360, New York (February 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has ruled that Kickham Hanley PC is not entitled to a portion of beneficiary payments from the Kodak Retirement Income Plan, in a dispute over attorneys’ fees for a case in which the firm helped recover funds for plan participants.
