Class Certified In Gas Contamination Suit V. Rex

Law360 (February 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge certified a class Thursday in a lawsuit brought by Illinois homeowners who allege their properties have been contaminated by unsafe levels of hydrogen sulfide released from oil wells owned by PennTex Resources Illinois Inc. and managed by Rex Energy Operating Corp.
