Golf Club Designer Accuses Co. Of Ripping Off His Clubs

Law360, New York (February 23, 2017, 6:55 PM EST) -- A golf club designer filed a copyright suit on Wednesday against a marketing and sales company that distributed his clubs, telling a California federal judge that the company purchased the clubs in order to make counterfeits and cut the designer out of the picture.
