Judge Rejects $6.5M AXA OT Deal Over Notice

Law360 (March 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Finding substantial issues with the lead plaintiffs' proposed notice for class certification in a consolidated wage-and-hour collective and class action against AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co., a federal judge has denied a motion to preliminarily approve a $6.5 million settlement.
