Judge Scolds SEC Over Collins & Aikman Filings

Law360, New York (March 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has ordered the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to produce largely unredacted versions of 29 documents that the agency had sought to shield in a suit against former executives of bankrupt Collins & Aikman Corp. over claims that they misrepresented the auto parts supplier's income to defraud investors.
