Real Estate Rumors: Zar, WW Norton, Pacific Star Capital

By Andrew McIntyre (March 15, 2017, 7:12 PM EDT) -- Zar Property NYC is buying out is equity partner the Nassimi family in several office and retail buildings in New York's SoHo neighborhood and recently paid $11.33 million for part of Nassimi's stake, according to a report in The Real Deal. The portfolio includes 90 Grand St. and 42 Greene St., which Zar and the Nassimi family bought in 2008 for $49 million, and Zar has thus far paid $57 million for a portion of its partner's stake, The Real Deal said. One buyout deal has yet to close and Zar is doing the buyout through a series of transactions, according to the report....
