2 More Settle In Source Interlink Antitrust Suit

Law360 (March 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has signed off on the dismissal of American Media Inc. and Distribution Services Inc. from an antitrust suit by Source Interlink Distribution LLC, bringing to four the total number of magazine distributors and publishers that have settled the wholesaler's claims of a conspiracy to drive it out of business.
