Supreme Court Tosses $2.7M Goodyear Discovery Sanction

Law360, New York (April 18, 2017, 10:31 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday threw out a $2.7 million fine dropped on Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. for what a federal judge had called deliberate misconduct in failing to produce a key test in a vehicle crash lawsuit.
