Bohannon Scores $145M From Square Mile For Calif. Project

Law360, Minneapolis (March 20, 2017, 4:19 PM EDT) -- The Bohannon Cos. has scored a $145 million construction loan from Square Mile Capital Management LLC for an office project in Menlo Park, California, according to an announcement on Monday from Square Mile.

The loan is for 100 Independence Drive, where Bohannon is building a 210,000-square foot property that includes a 41,000-square-foot fitness center and 1,040 parking spaces.

The property is four miles from downtown Menlo Park and downtown Palo Alto, and 3.5 miles from downtown Redwood City.
