Law360, Los Angeles (March 20, 2017, 7:33 PM EDT) -- The chorus of Ninth Circuit judges who believe that a federal judge's decision blocking President Donald Trump’s first immigration executive order should have received en banc reconsideration grew louder on Friday, as two more judges took the chance to slam the appellate panel's February opinion refusing to lift the stay.
