Flying J Off The Hook As Coke Supplier To Hanford

Law360 (March 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The bankruptcy court overseeing Flying J Inc.'s Chapter 11 proceedings has let the oil company off the hook for supplying petroleum coke to a California energy supplier now that Flying J has shut down its refinery operations in the state.
