Docs Eyed In $57M Insurance Fraud Can Practice, Judge Says

Law360, New York (March 20, 2017, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A Manhattan judge on Monday cleared Westchester, New York, neurologist Emad Soliman and New York City cardiologist Asim Hameedi to continue to practice medicine as a $57 million criminal insurance fraud case against them and others moves forward.
