T-Mobile Urges FCC Not To Delay Post-Auction Transition

Law360, New York (March 23, 2017, 4:37 PM EDT) -- T-Mobile encouraged the Federal Communications Commission on Wednesday to refuse broadcaster requests to delay the transition of stations to new channels after the broadcast incentive auction, arguing that there is no justification for extending or delaying the process.
