Honeywell, Cree, BU Drop LED Patent Fight

Law360 (March 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal magistrate judge has signed off on the stipulated dismissal of a dispute between Honeywell International Inc. and Cree. Inc. and the Trustees of Boston University in an infringement case over three patents for light-emitting diode technology.

Magistrate Judge Charles Everingham IV of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas approved the dismissal without prejudice on Friday.
