Okla. Tribal Landowners Get Pipeline Kicked Off Property

Law360, New York (March 28, 2017, 7:44 PM EDT) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Tuesday ordered Enable Midstream Partners LP to remove a natural gas pipeline from land held in trust for a group of tribal landowners by the federal government, ruling that the company is liable for trespassing on the landowners' property.
