Cuomo, Frank Demand Bonus Details From BofA

Law360, New York (March 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After subpoenas failed to reveal details about Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc.’s 2008 bonuses, New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo and Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., have called for bailout beneficiary Bank of America NA to divulge details about the billions in bonuses doled out.
