Inc., Sanyo Electric Corp and Kyocera Wireless Corp. are the latest camera makers to be targeted for patent infringement by St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants Inc., a company that has won multimillion-dollar verdicts against Sony Corp. and Canon Inc.
In an amended complaint filed on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, St. Clair alleges that 16 camera manufacturers have infringed claims of at least four patents related to digital cameras.
