Ex-Mintz Levin Atty Arrested Over Judge Spit Report

Law360, Los Angeles (March 30, 2017, 7:44 PM EDT) -- A former Mintz Levin patent attorney who accused a New York divorce judge of spitting on him was arrested on charges of filing a false police report about the alleged incident, which investigators say never occurred.
