Cox Louisiana Let Out Of Technician's Overtime Suit

Law360, New York (April 6, 2017, 4:04 PM EDT) -- The Louisiana branch of Cox Communications LLC has won dismissal of a putative collective and class action against it that alleged it failed to pay installers and technicians for work in excess of 40 hours per week, finding that the company wasn't actually the employer of the man who brought the suit.
