Flonase Antitrust Plaintiffs Can Revise Class Bid

Law360, New York (March 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing multidistrict antitrust litigation over nasal spray Flonase has given plaintiffs in the case a chance to revise their motion for class status in light of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit's recent ruling that set a higher bar for certification.
