GAO Denies Protest Of Army Combat Boat Contract Changes

Law360, New York (April 6, 2017, 1:24 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied a company’s challenge to the U.S. Army’s decision to modify a contract for inflatable combat boats after awarding it to a competitor, holding in a decision released Wednesday that the changes were within the scope of the contract.
