Apple To Pay $100M To Settle Creative Dispute

Law360 (August 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a stunning legal turnaround, Apple Computer Inc. has agreed to fork out $100 million to Singapore-based Creative Technology Ltd. and put to rest a slew of troublesome patent disputes over MP3 technology used in its popular iPod digital music player.
