Broadcasters Keep Pushing For Post-Auction Flexibility

Law360, New York (April 7, 2017, 1:04 PM EDT) -- The National Association of Broadcasters has continued to push the Federal Communications Commission for greater flexibility for TV stations transitioning after the broadcast incentive auction, saying Thursday the FCC should be sensitive to service changes.

The group told FCC Chairman Ajit Pai that the agency should "adopt a flexible, balanced approach to repacking that is fair to all stakeholders, while avoiding disruption to existing broadcast services."
