Apple Patent In Samsung War Partly Revived By Fed. Circ.
Law360, New York (April 14, 2017, 5:12 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday revived part of an Apple touch-screen patent that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board invalidated after Samsung was ordered to pay $113 million for infringing it, though the court found the claim at issue in the Samsung case invalid.
The Federal Circuit found that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board had incorrectly invalidated Apple claims related to a touch-screen feature.
